Welcome to InviteMe.Events! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our digital invitation services. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
1. Services Provided
InviteMe.Events offers digital wedding invitations, providing customizable designs and features that allow couples to send electronic invitations to guests. Our platform allows clients to choose from three packages—Basic ($75), Classic ($120), and Premium ($150)—and additional optional add-ons, including:

2. User Responsibilities
As a user, you agree to:

Provide accurate information when creating your account and submitting your invitation details.

Use our platform for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable local, state, and international laws.

Keep your account login information confidential.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our digital services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once the order has been placed. This applies to all packages and add-ons.
4. Payment and Pricing
Payment for services is processed via Stripe, and all transactions must be made in full before the service is provided. The prices for our packages are as follows:

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time, though previously accepted orders will not be affected.
5. Intellectual Property
The content, design, and branding associated with InviteMe.Events are owned by InviteMe LLC. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for personal event invitations. You may not copy, distribute, or use our designs for commercial purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
InviteMe.Events is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues that may arise from the use of our platform, including but not limited to technical failures, loss of data, or issues with third-party services. We provide our services “as is” without any warranties.
7. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy and will only use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review it for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last Updated” date. Please check back periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Beirut, Lebanon.
